Remote advice has limits—and that’s a feature, not a bug. The whole point is to keep you safe and help you make the right next call.

What we can do

  • Triage symptoms and spot red flags

  • Guide DIY-safe checks (no risky instructions)

  • Help you decide whether you need an in-person electrician

Stop immediately scenarios

  • Heat, smoke, buzzing, arcing, burning smell

  • Repeated breaker trips that won’t reset normally

  • Visible damage to outlets, cords, or the panel

What we can’t do

  • Diagnose with certainty without on-site inspection

  • Repair, replace, or sign off on work remotely

  • Provide instructions that put you at risk
